I'm a Life Member of our local 
Papakura Theatre Company, which is a lot of fun.
We've done some amazing shows over the years, some being EVITA, CHESS, 42nd STREET
and BLOOD BROTHERS which were very well received by the public and enjoyed by all of us, both cast and crew.
I am usually in the "pits" but for these shows I was Stage Manager which was very rewarding. Recently I have been doing Sound for most of the shows in our Off Broadway Theatre.
I can recommend theatre for any one out there who is looking for something to do with their life! It's great fun (see the PTC pages).
My main job is in my music store so if you want any advice (or prices!!) on keyboards Yamaha don't hesitate to email me and ask for a quote.
I also love TRAINS! I was born in Yorkshire, England where we lived right by the railway line (Dad was a signalman) then emigrated to Australia where we lived in Boorabbin (in the bush!), Western Australia, eighty miles south of Kalgoorlie for three years and then a year in Tasmania, both to do with railways. Then on to New Zealand where I've lived for about 40 years and married my wife Helen.
Now to one of the best amateur theatre groups in New Zealand... Papakura Theatre Company
